But guess what I had for breakfast today? A big bowl of Lontong Sayur, accompanied with shredded chicken, hard-boiled egg, spicy potatoes and chicken liver, savory shredded chayote, and a big pile of what we called Sambal Terasi, or shrimp paste chilly sauce. Healthy breakfast? This is beyond healthy!
